Availability
The Saugerties Lighthouse offers two rooms for overnight guests Thursday through Sunday nights throughout the year except February. Rooms are in high demand and are often reserved over a year in advance.

Full payment is required to place a reservation. A confirmation will be sent once payment is received. Before placing your reservation, please read the following notices:
Access
- The lighthouse is accessible via a half-mile trail or by personal boat.
- Check-in time is 2-3PM, and check-out time is 12 noon, unless the timing of the tides necessitates changes.
- You will be notified in advance if the tides require a change in check-in and/or check-out times.
Pets
Dogs are allowed with overnight guests under the following conditions:
- Guests reserve both rooms, notifying the keeper of intention to bring dogs at the time reservation is placed.
- Dogs are not left alone inside the lighthouse at any time.
- Dogs are under control outside the lighthouse at all times.
- Any messes created by dogs are the responsibility of guests.
Prohibitions
- No hair dryers or other such high-demand electrical devices are permitted (electric supply at the lighthouse is limited).
- Smoking is not permitted inside the lighthouse.
Public Day-use
- The trail to the lighthouse is open to the public from sunrise to sunset.
- B&B guests share use of outside facilities with the public during daylight hours.
- The interior of the lighthouse is reserved for B&B guests except during scheduled tours on summer weekends, noon to 3 PM.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Your account will be charged at the time you place your reservation.
- All cancellations are subject to a service charge of $50.00/room/night.
- Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will be refunded only if the room can be rebooked.
- In the rare event of severe weather such as flooding, your reservation may be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
