How to Read the Calendar
The calendar reads “Vacancy: East Room” or “Vacancy: West Room” when a room is available. No listing means the rooms are already reserved or unavailable for that date. It is common to see a month with no vacancies, which means we are entirely booked for that month. Any vacancies due to cancellations are posted to the calendar and announced at Room Vacancies. To get these announcements automatically via email, please subscribe using this link. You can also use the RSS icon at the top of the screen. Now taking reservations for 2012, with many nights already full. Bookings for 2013 will open in November 2012. SLC Members and Gift Certificate holders are entitled to priority on bookings and can begin making reservations a week prior to the general public. Bookings open to the general public a week afterwards.
