Virginia submitted this river otter sighting from her walk on Saturday:
On our walk along the trail today we saw river otter scat along the boardwalk to the private dock (where people are not supposed to trespass) There were also tracks and BIG tunnels.
The tunnels she mentions are large holes through the bulkhead which were already there before. These holes may be interesting/useful to a curious otter.
