    Downstream neighbor Dock photographed the wreck yesterday from his kayak. A tugboat babysat the grounded barge overnight. It is our understanding that these barges were northbound from ALLOCCO Recycling in Greenpoint Brooklyn to the P&M terminal at Coeymans.     The tug Eastern Dawn just headed upriver with two barges, presumably loaded with what’s left of the cargo that was in transit before running afoul of the rocks on Magdalen Island. Meanwhile, the tug Captain Zeke is looking after the stranded barge.
