Location

The Saugerties Lighthouse is located on the Hudson River at the convergence of the Esopus Creek, in Ulster County's village of Saugerties. The Lighthouse is accessible year-round via a half-mile trail through the Ruth Reynolds Glunt Nature Preserve from sunrise to sunset. Please be respectful of the trail hours, and carry out what you carry in: there are no trash bins on the grounds. For more information on trail conditions and tidal flooding, visit our section on the nature preserve.
